Marry Shelley's Frankenstein

Marry Shelly's Frankenstein

Hello learners! I am a student. In this blog i have tried to answer some questions related to Marry Shelly's  Gothic master piece "Frankenstein or the modern prometheus".
1. What are some major differences between the movie and the novel ?

    1. The 1994 movie adaption of Marry Shelly's Frankenstein,  we can see an interesting part that caught our attention and it was when victor uses professor waldman's brain and some other criminal pieces to create the monster, while in the novel Shelley left it unknown.

Movie adaptations must add  some different thing from original novel or story. which can make movie more interesting .

2. In original text of Frankenstein  beginning in which victor traveling across the Arctic alone, reflect on his tragic storyline. As in the book the movie has victor turn to experimental science after his mother dies .he vows he will find a way" conquer death"

3.After coming from university victor become I'll and Henry tack Care of him and than Victor goes in vacations.and there he meet monster.in movie this things are not included.

4. The end of the novel is totally different form the original text. in novel victor has destroyed the half made female monster.in movie victor has completed the making of Elizalabeth alive.
2.who do you think is a real monster?

According to me the real monster of novel is 'society'. It was not a victor but society who make that creature 'monster'. society's typical norms, prejudice, rejection was altimatelly become a reason victor's downfall.
One of society's typical prejudice is that which look agly is bad or not a human.here society totally neglect the virtue, humanity, positive nature, kind behavior etc.

3. Do you think the sarech for knowledge is dangerous and destructive?

It is good to gain knowledge but extra knowledge can be desturb daily life.
Marlow's Dr. Faustus is the another one example of how search of knowledge is dangerous and destructive.
The character of Victor Frankenstein serves as a cautionary example of how the relentless search for knowledge and the desire to push scientific boundaries can lead to destructive consequences. Therefore, within the context of "Frankenstein," the pursuit of knowledge is portrayed as potentially dangerous and destructive .

4.Do you think victor Frankenstein's creature  was inherently evil, or did society's rejection and mistreatment turn him into a monster?

I totally agree that society's mistreatment turn that creature in a monster.as a normal baby he was birth innocent, as  every human being he also some desire , but society is not ready to accept him as normal human just because of his appearance!

Inherently monster have nothing even he don't know how to speck. gradually he learn  in shot he was ready to accept society but society is not.

5. Should there be limits on science exploretion? If so what should those limits be?

there should be limits on scientific exploration is a complex and important ethical consideration. While scientific progress has brought numerous benefits to society, there are situations where , safety, and environmental concerns necessitate setting limits on certain types of scientific research.

In uses of science exploretion it has some kind of limitations.such as ethical boundaries. because development of science it means note that one can loose all the ethics.

These kind of exploration must have safty and security. Science and environment are the thing which affect each other so,one should must care of environment.
