                मनभावन युवक महोत्सव 2023

 Hello learners. I am a student. This blog task has assigned by Dr. Dilip barad sir. In this blog student have to write their own experience and exploring the Youth Festival 2023.

    Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University organized its 31st Youth Festival,named "Manbhavan Yuvak Mahotsav," 

         From November 3rd to 5th, 2023, and this time, it was hosted by the Physical and Education Department of the university. The central theme of the Youth Festival was "#Nari_Shakti_Vandana," inspired by the recently passed Nari Shakti Vandana bill in Parliament. 

        In this new era womans are getting more friendly with all the work field like. This bill and this youth Festival both celebrate this thing in different way. Bhavnager is the first educational campus  adopted this theme and and welcomes this bill. 

       This youth festival featured  total of 32 competitions. And it was organized under five sections.such as Literature, Danse, Fine Arts, Music and Theatre. Each event with a specific name:

- "मनभावन शब्दम" - English Department

- "मनभवन स्वरम" - New Court hall

- "मनभावन नृत्यम" - Amphitheatre

- "मनभावन नाट्यम" - Atal Auditorium

- "मनभावन रंगम" - External Department


     This Youth Festival was start from Inauguration Ceremony. On 3 November the ceremony was situated at amphitheater, sardar patel campus. M. M. Trivedi, Ami uadhyay, Yuvraj Jayveer Raj singh, sagardan Ghadavi, Bhartiben Shiyal ,Hetal Mehta were the chief guests of this ceremony. 


      This youth festival has it's theme song. Which is written by Himal pandya sir and composed by Chintan pandya. There was a wonderful dance performance of Kalapath Group it was also based on theme नारी वंदना. 


In this blog i am sharing my own experience as participate. 


     I have participated in Quiz competition (प्रश्न मंच) .this was a group event. Every college have to send 3 member one team. After inter selection three students were in this team from our Department of English. Bhumiba Gohil ,Akash Chavda and Kusum Sarvaiya (me) have selected. 


      This event was on first day 3rd nov, of youth festival. It was situated in Department of English. As every literature related competitions are situated here. 


      This competition was acthored by Himal Pandya sir. Approximately 25 team presented in this competition frome defferent colleges. Sir carefully gives us all the suggestion,rules and interaction. 


        First round was about written test .Their were 25 mcq type quetions.every question has two marks. Those 5 team will going for next round who will come first in this round. 


       The question was well chosen and about correct affairs. including subject like sports, foreign affairs, politics, cinema etc. Tow to three questions are so hard that we  not  even heard about . 

   

      This was a group event ,we have to work in team.

We have to take everyone's suggestion and then mark the right answer. In some questions we work collaretivaly as one member is not totally sure, two other can think about it. 


      Here i wanted add that in question some topics were not there, like reginal literature, language and general knowledge.it wood be more interesting if it have this.  The question paper focuses on current affairs may be. 


      Me and my team were aliminated in frist round. It was short but interesting experience of youth festival. It learn as that how we work in team, punctuality and more. 


      This participation will be unforgettable. It looks that this will own inspiration for participating next year's youth festival. 


       Frome first to and  Vaidehima'am ,Medhama'am and Alpa ma'am along with senior anchoreging us to participate in these kind of competition and events.
