1 Introduction :
Indian education system is well known topic for movies, web-series, short films and drama. There are many educational movies which are inspirational and some times criticizing as well.
The movie "12th Fail"is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language biographical drama film produced, written and directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra . It is based on the 2019 non-fiction book by Anurag Pathak about the real-life story of Manoj Kumar Sharma who overcame extreme poverty to become an Indian Police Service officer. The film stars Vikrant Messey in the title role, alongside Medha Shanker , Anat V Joshi, Anshuman Pushkar.
The movie is story of Manoj Kumar ,his beginning and It serves as an inspiration to many, illustrating the power of perseverance and love in overcoming life's challenges.
The movie was released on 27 October 2023

At the 69 filmfare awards, the film received 12 Nominations, including best film and best director.
Theoretical Framework :
The movie has many up and down. But the momentum balanced the movie. The movie is all around main character Manoj. And as movie continue we comes to introduce poor situation of manoj and his family. Along with personal things we can see some social and political issues, which can be bothered each and everyone.
The movie start with a Dron shot. Manoj the main character preparing for cheating in exam. The situation of house and sarraundind is very poor and common. The village area suggests poverty . Apart from this we can say that Story start from zero and real situation of main character.
In scene we can see the school and exam.where the principal allow student to cheat in exam for showing the good results of school, because the school was owned by a political leaders. A honest officers came and arrested the principal.
The scene shown the poor situation society that how the education very important thing is cheated by political leaders and privileged class.
The scene of meeting with Gauri Bhaiya is try to say competition in government exams. All students are ambitions and dreamer but very few have clear sense to crack the exam. Mostly students choose the way of preparation to get a job but sometimes their situation leads them to choose that way whether they have made o
Up for that or not.

When we are talking about education system we must remember Albert Einstein:
The film based on Indian education system is being praised for depicting the current situation of Indian students and the psychological impact of cut-throat competition on society. Vidhu Vinod Chopra is receiving laurels for his directorial inspired by such sensitive topic that is the very essence of survival of the middle-class households.
The movie throw a light on corruption in education system as well. The education in nowadays is a business amd organizers only concern about their money. Only privileged class is comfortable with this costly education,where they looking for degrees only.
Apart frome bookish knowledge a person must be a good person by soul, kind hearted and helping nature, but this times education only learn how to urn money and reputation.
In today's education marks, degree are more important than knowledge, skills, kindness, humanity and talent. Aspirations generation today is quite not satisfied. Because student are like clothes in washing machine, perplex and frustrated.

Never Give up:
The movie shares a few light messages — of how the success of one person in becoming an IAS or IPS officer is success of the community, of having a Never Give Up attitude (Haar Nahi Manunga), and most important, the core message of the movie: of getting up after failure, and starting again: #RESTART.
The hindi poem of Kunwar Narayan focuses on the phrase of preparation of something big dream, we forget everything but as we find the goal we almost a rock an emotion less amd materialistic object.
Corruption :
The corruption is thing which have reached it's route in almost every place. Education is everyone's need, opportunity and right. But corruption has almost ruined the education and aim of real education.
12th fail movie has these kind of glimpse of corruption and false ego. Apart from r
these currept world there are some honest man as well. Father if Manoj suspended from job to be honest.these is how corruption kills honesty and loyalty.
Comparative analysis :
The gujtati movie "Saheb" though it is not a educational movies but it has some similarities and differences with 12th movie.
Similarities :
Roll of Corruption - The movie saheb Deals with some politicians and their corruption, how their business mind ruined one common man. In the movie 12th Fail we find that thousands of students are suffering from corruption and not get opportunity which they deserve.
Class difference - The movie Saheb also consist class defference where upper class is head of everything and treat common person as a just a object. In the 12th fail for common peaple its very hard to servive.they have to fight almost every where.
Gender Roles - in the movie Saheb the hero was in love with a girl bit to destroy reputation of that man his opponent viral the fake images of girl with lover. In the movie 12th fail a character named Pandy says that all women are equal, not single one is loyal. In both the way women is thing which drown you to your worst.
Difference :
Subject matter - Shaheb movie is not a educational movie and 12th movie is so both have different subject matter.
Settings and Cultural - saheb is a gujrati movie and deal with a some domestic and political violence. The 12th fail also have domestic crisis and political corruption.
Conclusion :
Struggle abd hard work is the only way to achieve highst in life. Education is today's world real strength. The whole movie consist many maseege and morals. Its wonderful movie for aspirants who are fright for brightening their future. The movie also deals with harsh reality of society.
